In between sessions you have 3 days a week where you can reach out with short questions and support as you move through life while in transition between the old and new.

Petra Wilde

Performance Artist, Published Author & Trauma Informed Body Therapist

Through her unique method of Somatic Mindset Work, Petra has successfully transformed her own life, moving from crippling stage fright to confidently publishing a book, releasing a single and hosting solo poetry shows.

Certified in trauma-informed tantric de-armouring bodywork and trained in the performing arts, Petra offers a holistic approach to personal transformation. Her work enables clients to connect deeply with their core, build unshakeable confidence, and break through the fear that is blocking them from living a life true to their hearts, express themselvess authentically & realizing their creative dreams.

Since 2019, Petra has worked with clients both one-on-one and in groups. From 2020 to 2022, she co-facilitated the yearly Nordic Women’s Gathering in Sweden, further establishing her reputation as a leader in personal transformation and empowerment.
